SCALLOP-A-LOOZA!
Only Native Sun brings you Scallop-a-looza! We specialize in scalloping trips for small groups--no big production line tours here. Located near both Crystal River and Homosassa, Native Sun schedules trips regularly during scallop season for small groups of 2 to 6 passengers. That way, you get personal attention and guidance in the water from your captain. If you’re a newbie, Captain Russ will be in the water with you to show you what to look for.
Small groups also allow you to retrieve more scallops. Regulations limit 2 gallons per person or 10 gallons per boat, whichever is least. (Larger groups therefore mean fewer scallops for the trip.) These regulations are Florida law.
When the day is done, you can help clean your catch or for the slightly squeamish, we can do it for you.
